Our Process
Application
The first step is to submit your resume and complete a DDT application. This is your opportunity to tell us all about yourself.
Assessment
After you submit your resume and application, you must participate in one or more skills assessments. Each assessment is unique and helps us determine if DDT is a good fit for you—and vice versa. This step ensures that we have an exact skills match and culture fit.
Interviews
DDT interviews aim to get to know you better and give you a chance to ask us questions. Expect one-on-one or group panel interviews conducted virtually (online or by phone) or in person. Most interviews last between 45-60 minutes.
Job Offer
This is the final step of the hiring process and hopefully we’ll be welcoming you to the team. Sometimes this decision making process can take time, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. If you’ve not heard from DDT, rest assured that we’ll be in touch.
